We are Brighton & Hove's local friendly independent pet care company dedicated to cats since 2010.
If you would like to become a new Toto cat customer please read our 1 to 4 steps shown below, then click to register.
1. Provide us with your full address including your postcode when you register. We need to check that we can visit your location.
2. Add your cat(s) name(s) during registration, click on the drop-down list of local vets and also complete the 'ROUTINE' section for us.
3. You can now request our services once all this information has been added to your account.
4. There is a nominal £11 registration fee payable at the time of confirming your home meeting (this covers the cost of any parking, fuel costs, admin set up, and a team member's salary who will come to visit you). Full payment will be due on the date of your home registration meeting, payment activates and confirms a booking.
We do not offer refunds if you cancel a booking, however, we are always happy to provide a credit on your account which can be used towards any future bookings (excludes some dates during the Christmas period). Full terms & conditions are provided whilst registering with us.
🎄CHRISTMAS 2022 🎄 We are unable to take on any new customers for the Christmas period. We are already fully booked with our existing customer's requests.
Areas we cover - Brighton & Hove areas where access to parking is easily available, including Hove Park, Withdean, Westdene, Tongdean, Hanover areas, Kemptown areas, and some Portslade areas (not West of Boundary Road).
Areas we are unable to cover - Mile Oak areas, Hangleton areas, Blatchington areas, West of the A2038, Southwick, Fishergate, West of Boundary Road Portslade, Woodingdean, Bevendean, Coldean village area, Moulscoombe, East of Whitehawk Road, Whitehawk, The Marina, Patcham, Hollingbury, Rottingdean & Saltdean. Also, for any areas in the busy central areas of town where there is limited parking available such as the main roads leading out of Brighton and the Laines areas, we are happy to check this before registering by sending us an email message.
Insulin Injections - Apologies in advance but due to the fact that we cannot guarantee specific visiting times, we are unable to offer insulin injections as part of the services for diabetic cats with the 12-hour injecting gap requirement. We would also need two sitters to attend for this procedure, which is not possible either for us. We recommend contacting a local cattery where there will usually be two persons on-site to help with administering the injections at the set times which are usually 7 am and 7 pm.
