• Priority is given to our existing customers who have used our services throughout the year.

    We are so sorry but we are unable to take on any new customers during the Christmas and New Year periods.

    We are unable to assist just for the Christmas period yearly.

    Our existing registered regular customers are eligible to request our services from SUNDAY the 1st of SEPTEMBER 2024.

    Because of the volume of requests we receive from our existing customers, it's a time of year that we have a strict policy on bookings, and we do try to assist with as many requests as possible.

    We usually become fully booked in most postcode areas during the first weeks of September.

    We will initially consider bookings that include the 25th & 26th. We are unable to accept bookings for a single request e.g 25th AM only. We will then look at all other booking requests that do not include the 25th & 26th if we have any spaces left.

    Once we are fully booked we are unable to take on any more requests.

    All bookings are 100% non-refundable or transferable at the point of booking for the period of the 20th of December 2024 through to the 5th of January 2025. Any dates booked outside of these dates will receive a credit which is valid for 1 year.

    We provide 1 visit on the 25th AM for Christmas Day and also 1 visit on the 26th AM for Boxing Day. There are no PM visits on these two dates.

    There will only be 1 visit available on the 25th AM for Christmas Day and the 26th AM for Boxing Day. If a PM feed is required we can leave extra food OR alternatively, please provide a cat timer machine. We recommend the very simple, cost-effective CAT MATE machine which can be a single or double feeder available from most pet shops or online platforms (price range £20-£30).

    We are unable to provide our 'Stay & Play' services from the 20th of December to the 5th of January this is due to the volume of requests and time restraints.

    There are no standby lists for the Christmas period as we rarely receive any cancellations.

    If a customer cancels any part of their booking , then the cancelled visit(s) will remain available for them in case their plans change again and they choose to go away. The space will not be offered to any other customers and will remain available for them in our booking system because the booking is non-refundable or transferable.

    At the point of booking customers are reminded that the Christmas period booking is non-refundable or transferable, and we are sorry but there are no exceptions to this policy as our sitters team are paid at the point of booking for this period.
